The Trading year April 1 st 2006 – March 31 st 2007 saw many positive developments for The GK Team. Through consistent commitment to customer service, “under promising and over delivering”, “Turning Down rather than letting down”©, and investment into our most valuable asset – Our Team, we can report a growth of approx 22.5% along with a return of a modest but well deserved profit.
Part of this profit has been re-invested and part of it shared between the team members.
Thus far, 4 months into our 12th trading year, we are sustaining the growth seen last year and with developments (all be they very gradual) in India and with some major landmark projects we are very positive that the year 2007 will once again see a positive stride forwards.
Through constant attention to detail and a mindset, prepared to continuously re-evaluate our methodology and established procedures, we are able to be flexible to our clients’ needs which can vary greatly.
The GK Company Operations Manual is always being developed to suit the changing needs of our clients’ and the industry in general. Our active investment into our team and the tools used are primary in to our forward planning and approach to our work
